Timeline and stages of the project
After having carried out the stages of: Conceptual Project, Architectural Project and Executive Project, we are in the "Early Stage Investors" phase. If you want to know the benefits of investing in this stage, do not hesitate to contact us.
After many months of work, we are making preparations prior to the start of construction, commercially known as the "zero" stage, for a construction execution project that we estimate will take 18 months plus 3 months for decoration and final delivery of the condominium. The general timeline is as follows:




Vision
Kaybe is at an ideal time to start construction, the neighborhood has completed all of its infrastructure, its amenities are all delivered and several family and multi-family projects are finished. With various new developments, similar to Chakek, the neighborhood is picking up pace and is beginning to acquire a strong personality. This is the moment when the capital gain curve begins to express itself.


Infrastructure
In our macro-lot 29, in the area of multi-family projects where we will build Chakek, everything is ready, the streets and lighting are finished, and electricity, water and sanitary services are available. With a favorable soil study and the approval of the neighborhood's architectural committee, we are ready to begin.


One of the most important challenges was to submit our Business Case to the budgeting process and corroborate the viability and profitability of the project. The Mayan train construction had put a lot of pressure on the demand for labor and the cost of materials; now that the peak demand has passed, the context is favorable to start.
With the plans completed, construction criteria defined, decisions made regarding foundations and structures, and all matters related to electrical installations, water supply, and sanitation addressed, along with substantial progress in municipal approvals, we believe it is the right time to invite investors to the project.
